Using the Home LINK App, residents are provided with a healthy home rating, temperature, humidity and CO2 data, and handy advice on the measures they can take to improve the quality of their home. As well as providing notifications with Fire & CO Alarm testing reminders and alarm activation events.

Great job and very friendly guys. I had a new fuse box installed as the previous one was very old. Also had fire alarms fitted. and a new porch light. Great work. Would recommend.
Steve and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with! An efficient web-based system for quotes and bookings means no more shot-in-the-dark attempts to catch someone when they’re free for a call - a great start. Harvey (the electrician on the day) was polite and respectful, very accommodating of some last-minute changes on the day and made the effort to check that I was satisfied with the fit and finish of each job before moving onto the next. The property was left clean and tidy and he would’ve even vacuumed after himself had I not said not to worry about it. With a lot of failed light fittings, with the change of the clocks to GMT it suddenly became apparent how dark the house had become. Steve was able to fit us in at short notice and replace over 20 fittings in half a day at a very reasonable rate. An excellent service.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Steve. His response times were excellent turning up exactly when he said he would. Work was too a very high standard and included a full survey, necessary re-wiring and fitting of a new consumer unit. All for a competitive and fair price.
Emergency repair. They came to my house out of hours to appraise the work, returned with replacement item and fitted it straight away. They were friendly, helpful and considerate. I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them again.
As always a great job. Steve has done a number of jobs, from putting up new lights, inside and outside, wiring in a new cooker, up-grading our consumer unit and tracking down a fault with our dish washer. Steve completed an electrical installation for us, and we could not fault the service. Steve attended the property to discuss the work at the agreed time, supplied a quotation promptly, and arrived at the arranged time to complete the work. It was easy to book a slot for the quote and for the work to be undertaken, through a digital calendar. The invoice was prompt and we received a video showing the completed work (which was undertaken at a rental property). All in all this was a 5 star experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend.
